Drawing on somatic healing, tai chi, breathwork, tapping, shaking, and more, this class helps you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves, and awaken your inner vitality.

Each session is a unique experience—sometimes grounding, sometimes energizing—but always designed to help you move in new ways, feel more alive, and come home to yourself. You’ll learn to sense and direct energy within your body, move through emotional blocks, and leave class feeling lighter, stronger, and more refreshed.
